  I have thr worst experience in my life in this place! I whent had a apoiment on the 24th of may witch is a day after my birthday! My apoiment was at 10am. I couldn't make it on time because my son wasn't feeling good, i call and i told them my situation i wanted to reschedule my apoiment but the lady i talked to said that i can come in to get my checks and set a new apoiment. I got there at 11am, i waited for 20 minutes for someone to go to the window and see i was waiting, i told her why i was therr fore she took my wic ppapers and ask me to feel up forms. Finally after be waiting for 40 minutes she ask me to go inside a room, she gave me more forms to feel up. The same forms! Looks like she didn't know what she was doing. Then ask me to go to tge waiting room. I wait other 40 minutes there, and i ask a lady why was it taking so long, she sai that the nutritionist was on lunch. It was already 1:15 pm, my son was hungry,screaming and crying. They was only one gril with me waiting so i ask for my papers back because i had to live. They took 20 minutes more to find mu documents at this point i was about to cry, i start arguing with one lady she told me it was my fault for bern late,then she took me to other person how was supposed to give me my checks and told me i wasnt on the sistem, when i already had checks last month. I ask het for my papers and she laughed about my situation. I feel so mistreated, i know im getting help from the government but this people make me feel so bad about it, i just can describe how frustrated i was. I left crying without my checks, and the lady at the frint desk scream at me "have a good day" as shs was making fun of me. I just want to say thanks to you all ladys that help that day mu kid wont have milk, fruit or vegetables, to eat for 15 days until i get pay. You are a horrible person! I hope you are never on my situation of needing to feed your kids and have to be humiliating like i did.

  I just found out that I'm expecting my first child. They took very good care of me and let me know what to expect throughout this whole process. Everyone was super friendly and they seemed to care.

  This was the worst experience. I waited over an hour and a half. Told the people at least five or six times why I was there. Finally, got called back and was told they could not administer the care my granddaughter needed because we did not have shot records. My grandkids are here for the summer, she stepped on a piece of glass. AN ACCIDENT!!!!!! They do not have a doctor here. I took her to Prompt Care and was treated very well and was given EXCELLENT care.
